The short version
We collect what you type into the contact form and some basic analytics about how people use the site. We use it to reply to you and to see which pages and ads are working. We don't sell it to anyone.
What you send us
When you fill out the quote form, we get your name and whatever else you choose to include: email, phone number, and your message. The form is handled by Netlify, the company that hosts this site, which stores the submission and passes it along to us.
If you call, text, or email, we have your number or address the same way anyone you contact does. We use it to answer you and to follow up about your quote, and that's all.
Analytics and ads
The site uses Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, and DataFast. They set cookies or similar identifiers and record things like which pages you view, roughly where you're visiting from, what device and browser you use, and whether you sent a message or tapped a call or text button. None of them get what you type into the form.
You can turn off personalized Google ads in your Google ad settings, and block Google Analytics with Google's opt-out add-on. Blocking cookies in your browser works too. The site works fine either way.
Who else sees it
Only the services above, which process it for us: Netlify (hosting and the form), Google (analytics and ads), and DataFast (analytics). We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
If you become a client
The financial records and account access you share for bookkeeping aren't covered by this page. They're handled under the agreement we sign with you, and only used to do your books.
Deleting your information
If you'd like us to delete what you've sent, or just want to know what we have, email and we'll take care of it.
Changes
If we change what the site collects, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
